If you have Ms Excel spreadsheet/document and you want to give the protection using password, so when opening the file, you or anyone need to input the password first, then when the password is wrong, the file can't be opened.Below is how to give password protection on Microsoft Excel 2007
• Open the Ms Excel file that will be given a password
• Click on the Office Button
• Select Prepare Menu
• Select the Encrypt Document

Then will appear the small window to enter the password

• Fill with password code that you want, and click OK
• Will be asked to repeat the password for verification, then click OK
• Save the file
• To see the result, re-open the file. there must be password request appear.

Do not forget your password, record and store in a safe place.
